New Year Countdown & Clock screensaver

New Year Countdown & Clock is a simple screensaver that can show a Christmas countdown, a New Year countdown, or the current time.

The desired option is selected from the Settings menu, which unfortunately is written in Russian, but it is really simple to guess: the first option is the current time, the second is the Christmas countdown, and the last one is the New Year countdown. The current time is shown in hours, minutes and seconds in a digital form, and in both countdowns you will see the the remaining days, hours, minutes and seconds for the selected festivity.

In the three options available, the background is red and there are small snowflakes falling. There is also a small animated Santa that does all kinds of funny things such as ride a rocket, jump in a parachute, fly, and swing a bell, to name but a few. Unfortunately, the screensaver doesn't include sounds or music, which would definitely make it more attractive.

In short, if you are looking for a funny screensaver to decorate your screen during Christmas and which can also be used during the rest of the year as a clock, New Year Countdown & Clock may work for you.
